Coach Billy Corbett and RetroFIT Training Center is offering a 13-WEEK cutting edge athletic development group training program designed to improve your athletic skills, physical conditioning level, and mental toughness in preparation for the upcoming lax season.

Pre- Season Conditioning Program Includes:

SPEED – Acceleration, Deceleration, Linear and Lateral Movement Techniques, Running Mechanics, Footwork EXPLOSIVE POWER – Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics, Medicine Ball training, Jumping & Landing Techniques STRENGTH – Functional strength training, Upper Body, Lower Body & Core integrated as one unit. CONDITIONING – Prepare Athletes to be Game Ready. FLEXIBILITY – Myofascial Release (Foam Rolling), Stretching, Muscle Activation INJURY REDUCTION – Identify & Correct Muscular Imbalances, Balance & joint Stabilization NUTRITION EDUCATION and PLAN – Lessons, Tips and Advice

Athletes will TRAIN AT GAME SPEED – making the transition easier into the upcoming season. Workouts run approximately 75 min. long.

Session l- 2 Day Program- $136.00 ($17.00/wkout) (Speed development, Endurance training, Core stabilization) (Nov.15th-Dec.16th)

Session ll- 2 Day Program- $136.00 ($17/wkout) (Speed and Strength development, anaerobic capacity, core strength) (Jan. 3rd-Jan.27th)

Session lll- 2 Day Program- $136.00 ($17.00/wkout) (Speed and quickness, Power development, Reaction and agility) (Jan. 31st- Feb 24th) * Feb.28st is the first official day of practice for CHSAA.

Because physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, RetroFit PT and your personal trainer urges you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before beginning any exercise or training program. You agree that by participating in these physical exercise sessions or personal training activities, you do so entirely at your own risk. This includes, without limitation, (a) your use of all amenities and equipment in the Retro Fit Training facility and any off site location and your participation in any activity, class, program, personal training or instruction, (b) the sudden and unforeseen malfunctioning of any equipment (c) our instruction, training, supervision, or dietary recommendations. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and use of these facilities and premises and assume all risks of injury. You expressly agree to release and discharge your personal trainer or instructor, and from any and all claims or causes of action. This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries to you which may occur, regardless of negligence. ______

If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.
