Hey RetroFIT family,
Please join me in wishing two of our campers a very happy birthday,
Randy and Marcee.

Randy has been training with us for a year and a half and is
continues to conquer his goals. The humble Mr. Laracca says all he was randy
hoping he was going to be healthy by the time he hit 40 and right now
he says” I am SO MUCH better than I was even than when I was 30″.
Randy still enjoys playing lacrosse, motocross and coaching his
youngest son Nicholas (age 10 and also a RetroFIT bootcamper)

MarceeMarcee a fitness professional herself and one of our awesome instructors, began as client rehabbing simultaneous ACL injuries. She
now enjoys taking our TuffchickFIT bootcamp (tu/th at 9:30) because as she phrases it” It’s MY appt I keep with myself and if its on the
calender it happens!” Marcee keeps herself incredibly busy with her husband and 8th grader Z, and when I asked her what she thought about turning another year older and looking as good as she does she said her mantra went like
this: “Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord my shape to keep.
Please no wrinkles, please no bags and lift my butt before it sags”
Well said Marcee!
