Favorite Hobby: music swap club

Biggest Sporting /Fitness Accomplishment or Moment to Date:  New York City marathon 1997

Next Sporting/ Fitness goal:   Lose 10-15 more pounds while continuing to firm/tone.  Rehab quickly from knee surgery (have to spend 6 weeks on crutches).  Will still hobble in here 2-3 times a week and give it my all!

When did you start training? Oct. 2009

How many days a week are you training/exercising? I train with Billy 3 days a week and do cardio work 5-6 days a week.

Favorite RetroFIT drill –  love the leg press

Least Favorite RetroFIT drill –  long bands-overhead press

Training goals this year: Rehab quickly, maintaining and improving on the fitness level I’ve attained with Billy.

Explain your training experience: It’s been great seeing muscles and having stamina that I haven’t had in decades!

How is the training going? Billy is the BEST thing that’s ever happened to me and my husband, David!

Liz is the perfect example of what it takes to be laser beamed focused on your goals. When Liz began training all she knew was that she was NOT going to stay in the shape she was currently living in.  She has worked very hard and has not looked back since. If you want to know her secret she’ll tell  you there isn’t one…unless you call desire ,discipline and dedication as a secret!
